Surrealism is considered in existence and developing in the art of Anna Chromy. We hear that she may be carrying out no more paintings having committed her time to sculpture since the early 90's. This homage is in remembrance of the beauty of her surrealist art.

Leslie Forest read History of Art at the University of Brighton. She specialised in surrealist artists especially Dali, Miró and Magritte. Since 1998 she has developed an interest in the Bohemian-born surrealist artist, Anna Chromy. She now teaches students on the significance of Chromy's work and the depth of Europe portrayed in it.
